It is time to retrospect the past and prospect the future. First thing first, we would like to dedicate the following speech by Theodore Roosevelt to all doers of deeds.
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.
The core team of Discovol is such a doer of deeds. We keep building and achieve several milestones during the passing 2022.
Jan 25: Alpha testnet started running.
Feb 16: Beta testnet started running.
Apr 16: Appchain was officially registered on Octopus Network.
May 16: Into the booting phase.
Aug 04: Whitelisted on Ref.
Aug 15: IDO.
Aug 22: Mainnet launched on Octopus Network.
Nov 01: Discovol DAO started to welcome real-world users.
Discovol builders keep going ahead on both function development and community expansion. We are building Direct Message and Custom Recommendation Push function so that curators and audiences can communicate on the platform. We are building the groups at the Web2.0 end by using existing media channels to enlarge the influence of Web3.0 mini DAOs.
We definitely understand that it is a cold winter not only for the crypto world but also for the global economy. But the most important is that we are in the arena, we are the warriors. Hope to see you guys next year.
